Describe the bug

Version 2025.12.0-rc2 , running in a Portainer Stack dedicated to Authentik.

I'm struggling trying to upload files for my Application Icons (I really miss being able to do that in the Application's menu..) and ran into this issue where on all pages, the "Open" icon button instead selects the entry line.

ex, on the admin side, viewing the list of applications, clicking "open" will instead select that application.
Clicking "open" on a file within the list of files will select the file instead.

I have produced this consistently, only restarting the containers works.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Files menu
2. Select "open" on any file, file will open in a new tab as anticipated.
3. Select "open" on anything else, and it will only select that item instead of opening, regardless of being a file or not.

Expected behavior

Click open, item opens.
