steps in oracle need updating following the ui revamp they made

1. click the hamburger menu in the top left corner
2. scroll down to "Identity & Security" and click "Domains"
3. click your domain
4. click federation
5. under "Actions", click "Add Social IdP"
6. type: OpenID Connect
7. name: authentik
8. "Client ID"
9. "Client secret"
10. "Discovery service URL" the well known
11. Enable Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning : toggle on
12. bottom right: click "Add"
13. click 3 dots in row of idp just added
14. click "Activate IdP"
15. confirm and click "Activate IdP" again
