Describe the bug
When a reputation is updated the timestamp updated does not get set to the current time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to authentik admin Customization > Reputation scores
2. Use an inkognito tab to created a bad reputation
3. See bad reputation decreasing but updated timestamp not

Expected behavior
Updated field should be updated every time.

Version and Deployment:

• authentik version: 2025.6.3
• Deployment: helm

Open authentik admin before creating a bad reputation.
