Describe the bug
I am unable to move two factor authentication methods to the active box in the default-authentication-mfa-validation in the login flow.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Flows and Stages, Flows.
2. Click on any Authentication flow, then Stage Bindings.
3. Click on Edit Stage for a default-authentication-mfa-validation, or any mfa validation flow.
4. Set Not configured action to Force the user ...
5. Try to move Configuration Stages to selected.

Expected behavior
I'd expect the stage to go to the selected column and be able to be used.

• authentik version: Latest version, 2025.6
• Deployment: Docker Compose

Additional context
I attempted to restart the stack multiple times, also rebooted the docker machine I have Authentik installed on. Nothing seemed to work however, I still can't setup multifactor authentication. Any help would be much appreciated.
