Update Identification Stage Not Saving Source (Using Google Workspace SAML Source) #12995

Description

@andrewjhayes

Describe the bug
I recently added Google Workspace as a SAML Source under "Federation and Social login." I am able to login when initiating login from Google Workspace. However, when I attempt to add the source to my login page, I can select the source, hit save, and get a pop-up saying "Success!" but it does not actually save the changes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Under the admin page, click on "Flows."
  2. Click on "default-authentication-flow."
  3. Click on the "Stage Bindings" tab.
  4. Select "default-authentication-identification" and click "Edit Stage."
  5. Scroll to "Source settings," click on the Google Workspace source, and click the ">" sign.
  6. Click "Update" to save the changes.
  7. Go back to the "Edit Stage" screen; the source is no longer selected, and no option exists to log in to the front page with said source.

Expected behavior
I expected the source to save and the Google sign-in to appear on my Authentik instance's sign-in page.
