Describe the bug
When attempting to create a new token using safari, I am unable to create due to it not fully loading the window allowing you to create the token

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. login to authentik
2. click on settings
3. click Tokens and App passwords
4. Click Create Token

Expected behavior
The ability to input Identifier and descriptions
