Hi! I'm trying to update httplog from v2 -> v3.

1. there doesn't seem to be an option for non-JSON logging? How should I add that (for standard logging)?
2. How can I add the SourceFieldName ? Or is that just the default value based on schema selected? I don't see that in httplog.SchemaGCP.
3. v2 has a RequestHeaders bool that enables logging of all request headers. Should I still set that? Or is it now not logged by default?
