From https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1830452 Dragging and dropping from a file manager didn't work and generated a traceback. I was pretty sure this was part of the stuff from my original patch, but maybe that was missed. I think this also fixes dragging and dropping a link from a browser.
Just checked, and yes, dragging and dropping links from a browser was also broken and this patch fixes it.
