I'm frustrated when I want to perform an action but can't remember how to do it (whether it be a keybinding or an item under some menu).

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to type what I want into a search field and have that field populate a list of menu items or keybinding which fuzzy-match my search.

The kind of functionality I would like is what sublime text offers when I press ctrl+shift+p or what Windows terminal offers (again, when I press ctrl+shift+p).

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've not thought of anything short of memorizing keybindings better.
