imagereleased a0.25.0version. Most notably, they switched the jpeg decoder backend tozune-jpegand removed the featurejpeg_rayon. This PR updatesimageand removes the associatedimage_jpeg_rayonfeature. All tests pass. I have not seen other relevant changes in theimagerelease notes forgltfbut I'm not familiar with the codebase.
