Hi

I really like the feature of having config in seperate files. but when moving a new file into the folder, it seems the current version (2.3.2) does not reload it's config. The console outputs

INF watcher got event e=CREATE

but nothing happens. on REMOVE it appears to reload the config.

I know watchconfig and seperate files are beta features, but is it planned to change this? i was going to have a seperate file for each user, since that would make a few things easier for me.

this is on a debian system.
