Make preparations for release 8.0

Todo

  • add observation configuration files
  • update observation configuration files
  • set default release to release_8.0
  • use cdm_reader_mapper == v2.1.0 in observation scripts
  • update quality control suite -> This would be done in several independent PR's
  • download C-RAID 202412 delivery
  • solve DeprecationWarnings in scripts
  • fix observation suite

Since the main observation scripts are running with the new cdm_reader_mapper version 2.1.0, we merge this PR and continue working on #113 in other PR's.
