Goal

Add an action for the user to install GitKraken MCP for other available coding agents

Solutions (WIP)

• (re-)install command: after CLI is installed, display a multi-choice list of agents to add MCP configs to before setting up MCP
• GL upgrade message: for upgrades in VS Code (not clones) with MCP installed, check if more agents are available and show a message that they can now choose more agents
• home view MCP section: show a connect button to select more agents
