Add the latest Anthropic and Google Gemini models to the AI provider model lists.

Impact

Users selecting AI models in GitLens can now choose the latest available options from Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.6) and Google (Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview).

Validation

• Open the AI model picker and verify Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.6, and Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview appear in their respective provider lists
• Confirm existing models remain selectable and functional

Risk

Low — additive change only. Incorrect model IDs would result in API errors when the model is selected, but would not affect other models.
