Description

Noticed it in two instances:

1. On a commit's diff in recompose, have all files be collapsed. Expand one file, then expand the one before/after it and scroll so it is out of view. When you scroll back, the first file you expanded is now collapsed again. It should have remained expanded.
2. On a generated commit's diff in the composer, collapse all file diffs. Then expand the first one, and then hover over the AI explanation so that it hides the expanded diff out of view. When you hover off of the expanded AI explanation, the expanded file diff is now collapsed again. It should have remained expanded.
