It is a very little follow-up of the #4846
Related issue PLG-121.

The updated walkthrough needs the following improvements on the "Inline Blame" step:

1. The button leads to this place now: File Blame, however it should open to the inline blame section in the GitLens settings so we could make that the CTA and title it.
2. The wording should be “Configure Inline Blame”
3. Adjust the completion trigger for inline blame step to just viewing that step
