Based on high engagement with the walkthrough in VSC, we feel that we should offer a similar onboarding experience in IDEs that do not support the walkthrough.

Requirements:

• Identify whether we can show our own custom view after install for Cursor installs only
• If so, we will build a onboarding view that has core messaging/capability we want to show users (likely a different design that is not a true walkthrough experience)

• Welcome overlay appears on Home in Cursor
• the Welcome overlay does not appear on Home in VSCode
• after been closed the Welcome overlay never appear again
• the Welcome overlay does not appear for paid accounts
• when a repository is opened in a container, the Welcome overlay does not appear.
