Do not require Git provider to be connected to show Jira or Linear issues on Graph #4640
Description
Steps to reproduce
- Connect Linear or Jira
- Create a branch linked to a ticket
- Make a commit linked to a ticket
- Make sure that Git integration of the connected repo (e.g. GitHub or Azure) is not connected
Expected result
Graph shows enriched autolinks for commit tooltips and shows branch connection to the Linear or Jira integration
Actual result
Linear or Jira enrichment does not appear on Graph until git provider of the repo type is connected
