For Draft PRs:

• Duplicate Draft PRs for which the user has a review request into "Needs your review" section #3654
• Display a draft icon for Draft PRs in the "Needs your review" section (where Pin icon is displayed, and after the Pin icon if it exists) #3655

For "Other" section:

• Sort PRs to put current user's PRs at the top of the list
• Add a visual separator between user's "Other" PRs and collaborators' PRs

In Launchpad item detail menu:

• Rename "Switch to Branch on Worktree" option to "Switch to Branch", since there is an option to open on a worktree in this flow
• Pin and Snooze icon buttons should be in the item header
