Description

I'm the author of theme IntelliJ IDEA New UI which has a dark title bar color different from main theme body of light colors.
It appears that GitLens title bar shows up pretty weird in this case. The background is being pulled from "titleBar.inactiveBackground" but corresponding "titleBar.inactiveForeground" is not used for the text, making the text ineligible.

I'm not sure if it's a bug or if I could workaround this?
