Description

I expect the "Move into Secondary Side Bar" notice, which takes up quite some space, to be gone at least once I moved the pane to the secondary side bar. However, what actually happens is that whenever I restart VS Code or switch the tab in my secondary side bar, this notice pops up again and again.
