In a RemoteHub workspace if I add a new markdown file to the repo and start typing in the markdown file, I see the whole editor skittering up and down due to the insertion of an empty codelens at the top of the document. The skittering only happens for new files and goes away once I disable gitlens so I'm fairly certain it's coming from gitlens.
