There seem to be compatibility issues with go 1.22. This retracts release v2.3.0 which used go 1.22 and adds release v2.3.1 which goes back to using go 1.21.

any idea what the compatibility issues are?

Whilst one can control go version in this package, the projects that import go-spdx would not necessarily themselves build with go1.21 and might already be on 1.22 (i.e. my own wolfictl project).
