This test case leaves WorkflowRun.LogsPath empty. buildLogsData() unconditionally does filepath.Join(run.LogsPath, "aw_info.json"), so with an empty LogsPath it will try to read ./aw_info.json from the current working directory, making the test environment-dependent/flaky if such a file exists. Set LogsPath to a temp run directory under tmpDir (without an aw_info.json) to ensure deterministic behavior.

Organization extraction uses strings.SplitN(repo, "/", 2) and a nested if chain. Elsewhere the codebase commonly uses strings.Cut(value, "/") for owner/repo parsing (e.g., pkg/cli/add_interactive_secrets.go:31), which is clearer and avoids slice allocation. Consider switching to strings.Cut here for consistency/readability.

To keep behavior consistent and reduce duplication, consider reusing the already-derived run.Organization (or a small shared helper using strings.Cut) rather than re-parsing run.Repository in multiple places.
