Agentic Workflows Update

The gh aw update command was run automatically and produced the following changes:

  • .github/aw/actions-lock.json

After merging this PR, recompile the lock files using one of these methods:

  2. Via CLI: Run gh aw compile --validate in your local checkout after merging

Pull request overview

Updates the Agentic Workflows action lockfile to pick up newer pinned action revisions produced by gh aw update.

Changes:

  • Bumps actions/setup-node from v6.2.0 to v6.3.0 (with updated SHA pin).
  • Bumps github/stale-repos from v9.0.1 to v9.0.2 (with updated SHA pin).
