In the copilot customizations guide you mention that configurations should not refer external resources.

Given the statement in the documentation I would assume it is not possible (or at least not supportive) to add any external reference for e.g. a lookup. In your examples you are referencing a lot of external resources though. E.g. in the Go instruction example you refer to some websites.

What is the final conclusion here? Is it valid to refer to external resources such as websites, package registries, or even source code files on GitHub, GitLab, etc.?
