Description
take the graph at https://twitter.com/owocki/status/948679913883680768 and mock it up as a react component.
graph should take information from https://github.com/ethgasstation/gasstation-express-oracle (and only information from this service) to build the graph
suggestions
- switch the axises
- and maybe do a log scale for time
