📑 Description (what does this PR add, change, remove)
This PR updates the Dockerfile to enable caching of Go module dependencies, which significantly speeds up docker compose up --build.

I have some experience working with Golang backends and have recently started exploring OpenAI's SDK. I came across this awesome project and wanted to contribute by improving the build process.
