Eliminates CONFIG_BLK_DEV_BIOS, uses CONFIG_BLK_DEV_BFD, CONFIG_BLK_DEV_BHD and CONFIG_BLK_DEV_FD for BIOS floppy, BIOS hard drive, and direct floppy drivers, respectively.
Removes experimental status for direct floppy driver and CONFIG_ASYNCIO.
Removes unimplemented preset config options for CONFIG_BLK_DEV_BFD_HARD. These are preset in source code.
