(PWA stands for progressive web apps.)

I have explained the usefulness of this feature and showcased it in the discussion #19782. Though it didn't get any responses, I think this feature is useful and it certainly doesn't affect any user negatively (if anyone doesn't want to install the PWA, they don't have to).

But, I think that we'd probably want to take a bit deeper dive with this one, so let's come back to it in near future.
