Resizing and moving the Cube example out of focus will cause some artefacts (flickering) and no longer render properly (new instances).
This happens with both unmodified version of Cube example as well as my Quad example with SDL2.
Easier to reproduce with SDL2 (doesn't require to un-focus window), but happens either way.
No longer crashes though as it did with #58
