[Gitflow] Merge master into develop

Otherwise, workflows will not be triggered due to security issues.

We want to entirely stop recording the replay once we receive a 429 rate limit response. This patch gets rid of all the "pause on rate limit" logic. Because we already stop when we receive other http error responses, we can simply use this logic instead.

This was unintentionally find/replaced. Our Network tab basically had no data (although some did, and Im not sure how thats possible).

This was unintentionally removed in #6645 - it is still deprecated and will be removed at a later date.

Report all integrations from BaseClient, even the ones that were added after the SDK intialization. This patch changes reading the list of integrations from `options.integrations` to `client._integrations`.

Add rrweb's `_cssText` property to the list of reserved properties to be excluded from mangling.
