Removes the workaround added for
PlanFeature.Since the upsell is still visible for MM1 & MM2 customers, we needed to change the upsell description to stop referring to
PlanFeature. Custom dashboards is available generally for AM1+ plans, so the only thing left for this upsell is to push users to upgrade to a performance plan.
