On the monitor details page, uses the new table design. Changes include:

• The list queries for project alerts as well as directly connected ones
• Adds a new column "triggered by issues" to describe which kind of connection it is

Still TODO in followup PRs:

• Add sorting and filtering to the details list
• Improve the connected alerts drawer so it's less confusing that project alerts aren't shown
