Small nit. Changelog preview is awesome, but since it mentions all merged PRs by URL, those PRs then get a comment that they were referenced by the PR that got the changelog preview generated. Since the PRs don't usually have anything in common other than being slated for the same release, this is not really useful and can be a bit noisy (see at the bottom).

Potential solution: Remove the link to the PRs in the changelog preview and just show the PR number. (Unsure if GH will still try to interpret it as a link to the PR. If yes, maybe put it in a preformatted block?)
