Update backend deps at start of release cycle (v2025.2) #977
Description
- Try to update all dependencies to the latest version, with the following exceptions:
- Knex is tracked in a separate issue: Move off of using Knex for migrations #1252
- Slonik is tracked in a separate issue: Get off of slonik fork #1258
- openid-client is tracked in a separate issue: openid-client: update to v6? #1225
- htmlparser2 is tracked in a separate issue: Upgrade htmlparser2 #1224
- Express is tracked in a separate issue: Enumerator should be able to access only open Form central-backend#968
- pm2 is tracked in a separate issue: Upgrade pm2 #1218
- If a particular dependency is difficult to update, file a separate issue about the dependency.
