Problem Description.
When user is redirected from WebForms back to Central after editing a submission the font and UI is getting bigger.
After refresh page comes back to normal state.

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Open any form;
• Navigate to the Form Settings tab;
• In the "Fill out, preview and edit your “X” Form using" section select ODK Web Forms;
• Navigate to the Submission tab and Edit newest submission;
• After redirection from WebForms to Central the font is getting bigger,

Expected Behavior:
Font and UI should be at the same size after redirection from WebForms
