Problem Description.
Successful message is missing after changing Form filling option.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open any form;
2. Navigate to the Form Settings tab;
3. In the "Fill out, preview and edit your “X” Form using" section select ODK Web Forms;
4. Click Use ODK Web Forms button; -> Successful message should appear
5. Select Enketo (default)
6. Click Use Enketo button; -> Successful message should appear

Expected Behavior:
There should be successful message visible after changing form filling option
