BUILD.md contains a description on how to compile Gerbv. It needs a list of what packages to install to build. As a reference of packages for respective build, see the yaml file under respective build in (https://github.com/gerbv/gerbv/tree/develop/.mc).

Also add a description on how to get it from the pipeline. You can go into Actions (top level on first page), select a build, go into the stage you're interested in (depending on your platform, select the "Upload artifacts" stage and click on the link. You will get a zip file with a package of the platform you're interested in. GitHub apparently erases the artifacts after 90 days.
