Windows : default icons and log console for build 2.11.0

Thank you very much for build 2.11.0 !

A few cosmetic remarks for the Windows version:
* There is no specific icon for gerbv. We have the GTK icon for the GUI and the default Windows .exe icon for 'gerbv.exe'.
* The app launches with the log console in the background. (I don't know if the logs are problematic in themselves; the program works normally.)
