This automatic pull request bumps version of 2025.01.xx branch for java packages. It updates the versions of the main dependencies (geostore, mapfish, http-proxy) to the versions: mapfish: 2.3.1, geostore: 2.3-SNAPSHOT, http-proxy: 1.5.0
