Description

This PR introduces following changes:

• refactor of the CSW api by removing the utils/ogc/CSW and utils/ogc/Filter in favor of xml2js parser
• remove the deprecated describeFeatureTypeOGCSchemas method containing the utils/ogc/WFS
• remove of the test SLDUtils-test.js
• remove of ogc-schemas, w3c-schemas and jsonix dependencies included in utils/ogc/CSW, utils/ogc/Filter, utils/ogc/WFS and SLDUtils-test.js

Note SLDUtils.js has been completely removed in the PR #10442 because it is not used by MapStore. We are removing SLDUtils-test.js from this PR to run all the tests.
