right now to set the singletile option, one has to set it in the layer properties. It cant be set globally for all layers added from a given catalog entry.

Acceptance criteria

• add a 'singletile' checkbox to advanced settings section of the WMS catalog entry as documented in https://docs.mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/en/v2022.01.00/user-guide/catalog/#wmswmts-catalog
• all layers added from this catalog should have singletile default to the value of the catalog entry
