Description

Print tool needs to consider the filters created for each layer and one created in the feaature grid (if present)

Steps to reproduce

• open a map with a layer (or new one and add USA population)
• create a layer filter and apply it and then save it
• open feature grid of that layer, create a quick filter (sync tool active)
• open print without closing Feature Grid, and print
• check result of print wiht the one in map

Expected Result

• Print tool should print what is present in map

Current Result

• Print tool should does not print what is present in map (it ignores filters)
