Description
WFS do not support time in versions 1 and 2. Anyway this support could be added soon.
For the moment, some versions of GeoServer can use time as KVP parameter.
We should add an optional support to enable/disable time (so timeline) sync in feature grid.

As a user, if the application is configured accordingly (FeatureEditor plugin as a flat showTimeSync: true), If I open a featuregrid I should see a button in feature grid that enable/disable time sync.
When time sync is enabled, the feature grid results will be filtered accordingly to the time parameter of the layer.
When the button is not active, I will see all the features, not filtered by time.
If I configure timeSync: true in FeatureEditor configuration, the timeSync is enabled by default. I can click the button to enable/disable the functionality anyway.
