Description

We need to fix the following problems:

• HTML templates are compiled from MapStore2 subfolder, instead of using the customized ones
• Compiled HTML templates are not copied to the final war, the static version is used

In case of Bug (otherwise remove this paragraph)

Steps to reproduce

• create a standard project with the createProject script
• build it using the build.sh script

Expected Result
Everything is working correctly.

Current Result

• cesium-navigation files are searched from the wrong location
• main bundle in index.html is included without the version query string
