Description

Panel of layer settings is automatically saved and closed after adding layers from catalog.
This causes also an issue in GeoNode integration where the list of style is empty after a layer has been added from catalog.

Steps to reproduce in Master

• open catalog and add a layer
• select layer and open layer settings
• change the title of layer
• open catalog
• add a new layer

Expected Result

• settings panel is still open to let the user to save or cancel the new changes

Current Result

• settings layer will close and the changes are automatically apply, you will see the new title
