Steps to reproduce

• add a layer with the time dimension on the map
• expand timeline
• open catalog from burger menu
• add a service with a layer with time dimesion
• add two layers with time dimension
• Steps forward/backward should be disabled if current time reach max or min time of selected layer (try moving forward/backward clicking on buttons Steps forward or backward )
• select the other layer

Expected Result

• Steps forward/backward have to be updated based on max min of the new selected layer

Current Result

• Steps forward/backward don't update based on max min of the new selected layer
