Layer list doesn't update on timeline when a layer with time dimesion has been added from catalog

Steps to reproduce

• add a layer with the time dimension on the map
• expand timeline
• open catalog from burger menu
• add a service with a layer with time dimesion
• add the layer

Expected Result

• list of layer in timeline should update with the new layer

Current Result

• nothing change in timeline list, you need to collapse and expand again to see the layer
