Description

when editing layers with dimension. if the layer has an elevation element on its dimensions, 'elevation' button is shown, if the user clicked on it and the layer has no elevation data Mapstore2 crashes, this happens when the elevation values are requested from a source but not stored whiten the layer object.

  Steps to reproduce

• A list of steps to reproduce the bug

• create a service in Catalog (url : http://cloudsdi.geo-solutions.it/geoserver/wms, type: WMS)

• search for "flexpart_time_series"

• add it to the map

• select the layer in TOC and click on edit button (selected layer settings).

• an elevation button will appear, click on it
